1. Service
GoPhoenix Doc provides document preparation, routing, electronic signature, evidence, and related workflow tools. Laws governing electronic transactions differ, so users must determine whether a transaction is suitable for electronic execution and obtain legal advice where needed.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
3. Documents and participants
You are responsible for uploaded content, recipient details, permissions, and compliance with applicable law. We do not independently review or approve document content.
4. Electronic consent
When using signing features, you agree to conduct transactions electronically and to present recipients with appropriate disclosures and choices.
5. Prohibited use
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
- Sending spam or malicious content
- Attempting to bypass security or access controls
6. Paid services
Some features require a paid plan. Pricing, renewal, tax, and cancellation details will be shown before purchase.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoPhoenix Digital Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, or a security risk. Data handling after termination follows the applicable retention terms.
