This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Terms of Service between GoPhoenix Digital Plus (“Processor”) and the customer using GoPhoenix Doc (“Controller”).
1. Scope
The Processor processes personal data on behalf of the Controller to provide document preparation, electronic signature, workflow, and verification services.
2. Types of data
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Document and form data
- IP address, device information, consent, and signature timestamps
3. Security measures
Measures include encrypted transmission, access controls, audit logging, workspace permissions, and secure private storage.
4. Subprocessors
The Processor may engage providers for cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payments. They are limited to the processing required to deliver their services.
5. Data subject rights
The Processor will reasonably assist the Controller with valid requests for access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion.
6. Security incidents
The Processor will notify the Controller without undue delay after confirming a personal data breach, and will provide available information needed for the Controller’s response.
7. Return and deletion
After the service ends, personal data will be returned or deleted according to the applicable plan and retention settings, unless law requires retention.
